When you email us directly

If you contact us via email, we receive your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage our professional relationship.
 

When you book through Calendly

Our website links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. When you book a call or meeting, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other details you provide. This data is processed by Calendly in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can find at calendly.com/privacy.
 

We receive the details of your booking so we can prepare for and attend the meeting.


Cookies

We don't use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Our website platform (Wix) places a small number of essential cookies necessary for the site to function, such as security and session management. These are not used to track you or build any profile of your visit.
 

How long we keep your data

We keep email correspondence and booking records for as long as is reasonably necessary. Typically for the duration of any working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our legal and professional obligations. We do not hold on to data longer than we need to.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party service involved in data collection on this website is Calendly, as described above.
